The staff are highly professional, kind and helpful. We were offered a choice of rooms which was difficult to make because they were all so good. The hotel itself is well decorated and extremely well appointed. All in all it was a great experience.

    Good location 5 mins from the train station. My room was very comfortable with a peaceful view of the Oxford Castle and the Oxford Mound. The staff was friendly and the checkin/checkout experience was smooth.
