The hotel is clean and comfortable and very close to the underground and bus stations. It's also close to supermarkets and restaurants. The staff are helpful and accommodating. It provides all the necessities. I would rate is 8.5 but there is only an option for 8 or 9.

Check in process easy and staff were friendly. Room was was nice, albeit a bit smaller than expected. Air con worked. Decent size flat screen TV. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Toiletries provided in the bathroom. Loved the coffee machine and free pods and chocolate in the room! The room included breakfast, which was served til 11am, and we had the option to have it brought to our room, which was very helpful.
Hotel is part of a pub which has a massive beer garden with screens and speakers for sport. Food from the restaurant was decent as well.

The room was lovely - very clean and with a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the location is great - just a short walk to plenty of restaurants and cafes with good bus links.
