The hotel was conveniently located and the room was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful recommending places to eat and explore. We took the National Express bus from London. The hotel was about 1 mile from the bus terminal. We stayed one night before boarding a cruise. I would recommend the hotel if you are visiting Southampton or taking a cruise.
