Comfortable room with good choice of supplies. Had a good sleep. Ordered dinner from room service and it was absolutely delicious. Provision of online streaming services on TV was a bonus.

I have stayed here a number of times. Normally the rooms are great and the restaurant service poor. Well the restaurant service is still poor , slow and orders incorrect , but the room was awful, not clean, ancient furniture and no working heating - so called premium park view view room
more like a low range bed and breakfast .

Very high standard small independent hotel in an area where hotels and B&B's are very few in number. Staff were very efficient and friendly and our room was spacious and exceptionally clean and comfortable. Limited parking available at a price less than other London hotels which was what we needed. Hotel is in a good location with quick access to the A3 and then the M25, and a short walk to East Putney Tube Station where you can quickly get to Central London or Wimbledon in the other direction. Was good value for the lovely area.

We had four second floor rooms each had its own character due to the beams and all recently redecorated very attractively. Breakfast had great choice and quality, eg own made yoghurt, eggs cooked to order & freshly squeezed orange juice. Also had dinner which all 8 of us thought was exceptional. Close to Richmond Park and walkable to Twickenham for the rugby.
