Fantastic service! We had a little issue with noise from guests in the room next door and they bent over backwards to move us. It was also such a lovely surprise to turn up to a birthday banner and balloon from housekeeping.

Really nice rooms, really clean and comfortable. Staff were lovely and couldn’t be more helpful. Spa area and pool were small but really nice. Food (breakfast and dinner) was absolutely lovely!

I spent more time in the museum than I expected to.
I spent more time in the museum than I expected to. It's not large, but it's packed with information in well laid out sections - geology, art, early history, involvement in the world wars, local culture and cultural history, etc. Some of it would interest kids.

Good breakfast included, full english or continental, nice dining room. We stayed in 201 a large room overlooking the bay. Great shower, huge bed, free treats in the minibar, friendly staff, close to ferry terminal, Manx museum and main shopping.
The Chesterhouse is located right across the road from the pretty park, and near shops, restaurants and the Manx Museum. Our room was lovely and spacious with a large bathroom and a stunning sea-view. Staff were all helpful, even providing local knowledge. Delicious breakfast! Reception also helped us to arrange a laundry service which was really appreciated.
The breakfast was very good. Lou was a friendly host who gave us directions to the steam railway station told us about the Manx Museum and the best bar to watch the football . Our room was comfortable and loved the decor . Raymond's B&B was homely and we were made to feel like part of the family. And the cat Izzy was lovely too.
