Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, couldn't have been more attentive or helpful. The hotel was clean, the rooms were clean and comfortable. No complaints.
Holiday Inn Express London Luton Airport is the closest hotel to the Luton Airport Terminal Building, just a 10-minute walk away. Shuttle buses run from opposite the hotel to the airport.

The place was very tired, soulless and in desperate need of some refurbishment.
Won’t be going back in a hurry, no atmosphere at all, 19th hole (bar) closed at 6pm, nowhere else to go after that other than the restaurant.
