Having stayed in Shagri-La properties before, we had very high expectations. And boy, it did not disappoint. The location is fabulous and oh the views!! The view from the hotel was so amazing that we didn’t feel like leaving the hotel number of times! Staff was super helpful. Overall, we had an amazing stay. The splurge was worth it!

The room and the restaurant were top-notch, but what really made this exceptional for us was the friendly and professional staff. From hotel reception to restaurant service, everyone was truly amazing.

Very good location for visiting London Bridge area: easy walking to St Paul's Cathedral, London Tower, Tower Bridge, Tait Modern museum. The Millenial Bridge/Tower Bridge riverfront area is just a block away. Lots of good restaurants and supermarkets in the area.
recently stayed at Novotel London Bridge, which has an excellent location within walking distance of London Bridge and the Thames. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Special thanks to Caterina at the front office; she was incredibly nice and made our stay exceptional with her warm and professional service. Thank you, Caterina! Definitely recommended.
The location is excellent, just next to Borough tube station and a quick walk to the London Bridge railway station. The room was clean and had all the amenities.They let me drop off my bags early before checkin but the storage room is on the 3rd floor (no lift) so was quite a slog.Thankfully a very kind housekeeping staff happened to be around and gave me a hand. It wasn't particularly noisy as other reviewers have described.
Location was great for access to public transport and Goldsmith's. I enjoyed exploring Rye Lane as well as the area around the university. I also went over to the London Bridge area and Covent Garden. Easy. Easy access to/from Gatwick as well. Friendly and helpful staff. I did not use the kitchen facility (spending time w student family member) but it looked clean and nice.
Friendly efficient check in. Good location between London Bridge Station and Borough market. Room a reasonable size. We looked out the back of the hotel and had no problem with noise.
