Lovely small hotel near the Lizard with friendly staff. Rooms were very comfortable and some overlook the sea. Bed comfort excellent. Out of many hotels we have been to, this bathroom was the cleanest I have ever seen. Absolutely spotless. Lovely amenities downstairs. Quiet cosy areas, games room and a superb conservatory where you can sit with a drink and watch the action on the ocean. Access to the beach and the South West Coast Path. Lovely grounds and very well maintained with love and care.

Incredible hotel at a wonderful location, getting the sea view room was the best choice ever- what a wonderful view to wake up too! The hotel is set in an incredible location right above the cliff and in perfect proximity of the hiking paths towards the most southern point of mainland UK. The restaurant was incredibly delicious as well and all the staff members were taking care of us very well!

Location is great to go walking around Lizard Point. The owners are super friendly, our family bedroom was very nice and comfortable and the breakfast was great! Our 7y old daughter particularly liked the collection of games in self service and the nice doggy :)

The spot and location are stunning - view onto the cliffs, the sea and the Lizard Point is unbeatable! Fab experience to get your breakfast in front such a breathtaking view and possibility to access the coastal path right from the hotel garden. Priceless. Staff very welcoming, beautiful old mansion well decorated and renovated, very good breakfast
