I only had food on one morning as I had other commitments, but the smoked salmon and lemon cream cheese bagel with pea shoots was delicious, and the cakes and scones looked lovely. Loved the gift selection as well and they do gift vouchers too, great idea. Room was very clean, warm, good shower with lovely hot water, bed comfy, and super quiet. As a solo traveller it is really nice only 6 rooms so not too busy but it has everything a hotel has to offer except it doesn't open late or do dinner which in my eyes is okay, you get to experience other local places too best of both worlds. I would definitely recommend.

I'd booked a single room for 1 night (room no. 4) as the location and price suited me. Only Waited a minute or so to be checked in & shown to my room by the manager despite the restaurant being very busy.
Room was ideal for me needs: bed was comfy, ensuite shower room was a good size with spacious shower & good water pressure.
Would be a 10/10 rating but I could hear the bar / lounge.

Flat iron steak was superb and I usually avoid steaks in the UK as I'm normally disappointed.
Food is 10/10!
Only downside was no lift if you have bags to carry. I was room 71 in the white house. Shower was a little limp in pressure too.
That aside. Staff 1st class.

Me & my wife arrived here early, we managed to check into our room early, which was a bonus so we could have a walk around the town.
The room was spacious, clean, really comfy bed, had a coffee machine , tea, coffee,sugar & milk provided.
We walked round the linlithgow palace, a lovely walk, there's plenty of shops .
We had our tea I the hotel , the food was delicious.
Would definitely stay here again.
Great location central to Glasgow, Stirling and Edinburgh. Walking distance to Linlithgow Palace. Off street parking and private walled garden. The living area is upstairs with views over rooftops to the Palace.
Hotel was very central to Linlithgow Palace and the Loch. Train station is 5 mins walk so easy to get to Edinburgh as trains are very regular. Amenities are great. Self catering breakfasts with plenty of options. Staff welcoming and helpful. Parking is secure. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance.
The property is well situated on the main road and an easy walk to Linlithgow Palace. Plenty of car parking. The staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient.
Clean rooms, extensive dinner menu and a good choice for breakfast too.
We stayed there on our way to the NC500 and would recommend it for an overnight stay.
