Everything.From the first moment I felt very welcoming. The staff was very nice, helpful and polite.The room was wonderful beautiful and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfy just what I needed before the race the next day.The kitchenette was a big bonus as I could reheat my food and make breakfast and coffee in the early morning. The weather was crap and the lady from reception offered me a free umbrella and even found big black bags for me. That's a nice touch. Oh I should take this umbrella it will be a nice memory 😀 Thank you for having me. I had a great stay and a great Definitely will be back.

Stayed at the Park Plaza Riverside Hotel.
Stayed at the Park Plaza Riverside Hotel. Views from our suite were fantastic. We would cross the Lambeth bridge to go to Parliament square, Big Ben, Houses of Parliament and on our way up to Trafalgar square, going past Downing street.
This bridge is far less busier than Westminster bridge and doesn`t have the annoying scam artists on it. Please have nothing to do with these people. ⚠️They work in groups to dupe and fleece the tourists, on Westminster bridge. ⚠️So Beware, as there are never any police around. Lambeth bridge, was a good short cut from our hotel and far less busy.
