The Resident Victoria, hotel in London

The Resident Victoria, located just 300 metres from Buckingham Palace, offers close proximity to a selection of attractions, theatres and landmarks.

Everything. From the first moment I felt very welcoming. The staff was very nice, helpful and polite. The room was wonderful beautiful and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfy just what I needed before the race the next day.The kitchenette was a big bonus as I could reheat my food and make breakfast and coffee in the early morning. The weather was crap and the lady from reception offered me a free umbrella and even found big black bags for me. That's a nice touch. Oh I should take this umbrella it will be a nice memory 😀 Thank you for having me. I had a great stay and a great Definitely will be back.

There was no breakfast, as far as I was aware. It was room only. Is there a bar or a lounge area? I did not discover one. I liked the value for money, but I booked online and the price may reflect a last minute deal. The position is very convenient and the area respectable and to a high residential standard. There are shops and restaurants close by on Kensington High Street and side roads.

Great location along good bus routes to central, west and north London plus access to public park (Holland Park) and good neighbourhood restaurants, as well as Kensington High Street's underground station and high street shops. Newly refurbed apartment offered good kitchen facilities, comfortable (but low) bed and decent shower pressure with good WiFi. Responsive host.
