Perfect location across from Kensington park (our suite on the 5th floor had a beautiful view of it); the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive (I mean exceptionally; there are 5 star hotels and there are 5 star hotels - the service here was 7 stars). Room was beautiful - marble, dual vanity, soft bed, nice nook for our child’s crib.

The hotel itself is nice. Breakfast in the pub was great! We were across the street from a little grocery and pharmacy. The tube station is about a minute walk if that. Really close to restaurants. I would stay there again.

The location was excellent. We loved being in the heart of Kensington Gardens and a short distance away from Nottinghill. The shops and restaurants were excellent. We never ate at the hotel, so we can’t speak to that.
