Double check the pictures on booking.com match your room type . We had booked an executive room with city view . The view was NOT a city view but a view of a roof of another building . We double checked at reception we were in the correct room ( we had a few other issues with the room ) and spoke to a lovely gentleman who changed our room to a city view ( room 915). This room was perfect with a corner view with floor to ceiling windows of the city . The staff were very understanding and wanted to help solve the issue.
