I can’t give enough praise to the staff - they were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you - even down to remembering tea orders for breakfast. The food was fantastic and the rooms were lovely too.

I stayed over as we had a family event on. Firstly, the staff are so friendly, polite and helpful as soon as you walk through the door. The room was a good size , very clean and comfortable. The bed is one of the most comfortable ever. Didn't want to get up for the delicious breakfast the next morning. Lots of variety at breakfast and lovely quality. Having stayed at a number of Holiday Inns, this stands out as one of the best.
I liked that this is very family-friendly and with a great atmosphere. The staff never seemed to stop, but always a smile. The price I paid for the night was exceptional value for money. Have stayed before and would definitely like to stay again. Our family was very impressed with our event as well as the service we received. Thank you all.

It was very cosy, quaint with a nice friendly atmosphere.
This restored 17th-century manor house in large gardens has a bistro restaurant and a spa with 20-metre indoor pool, a gym, steam rooms, saunas and treatments.
Breakfast was really nice, good quality produce cooked well.

Nice and modern the bar area. The reception area looked clean, nice and cosy. Double bed was cosy and great location to Hylands Park Estate where the wedding was just 7 mins drive away.
