Absolutely enjoyed our stay. Service and breakfast were excellent. Ideal for a stopover on a Scotland tour. The room was spacious and comfortable. Location is very close to the town center hence ideal to explore the culinary delights Perth has to offer.

We had to leave before breakfast time but we were given cereal and coffee before leaving.
One of the most unique hotels in Perth, set in a 15th century watermill, where you can still watch the water trickling through the original water wheel from the garden, reception area and Lounge Bar.

The hotel is in a good location in Perth. The foyer and bar area were nice. The deputy manager was very helpful and professional when we voiced our concerns about the room. The bar staff were polite and friendly.

Great location.
Friendly staff.
Excellent breakfast.
The hotel is in a peaceful rural location with beautiful, well kept gardens, mature trees, attractive borders and a stream running through. Our room was very spacious, with an enormous bed plus a comfortable sofa. The dining room and bar are beautiful grand rooms, all with views of the pretty gardens. Breakfast and dinner were good and the staff were friendly. After dinner we strolled along a track to the nearby river. Historic "Huntingtower Castle" is just a mile away and worth a visit.
