The staff I met personally were lovely but they were few and far between. The hotel is beautiful and the setting amazing. In the snow it looked stunning. Breakfast was faultless.

We were met in the car park and immediately offered help. Our rooms were ready and provided exactly what we requested. The tour of the guest areas was a lovely welcome. The attention paid to my elderly father was appreciated.
