Had a lovely stay here. It is near enough to travel into Harrogate and we went to Harlow Carr, which is just down the road.
Staff really nice and free car parking was a bonus.
V Good - location, breakfast, staff, room was value for price paid. Easy to get to RHS Harlow Carr, the main purpose of our trip was to visit the garden.
Quiet and safe feeling neighbourhood. Perfect location for walks to Harlow Carr and Valley Gardens. Sainsburys local shop, Olivers Fish restaurant and other shops nearby. Very comfortable sitting room, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and for cooking on easy-to-use cooker. Lovely bath. Useful hanging hooks on doors. I loved the chain supporting the bannister on the landing.
Breakfast was included for us - good choice of food and ample seating. The room was a very good size as was the bathroom. Comfy bed and nice and warm. Good view over Harrogate from our room. Right next door to the exhibition centre and 5 mins into the old town and dozens of restaurants. The park is nearby and a pleasant 2 mile walk to RHS HArlow Carr.
Mark and Gill were so welcoming and friendly - we couldn't have asked for nicer hosts.
We had everything we needed in the room - even hot water bottles and robes - a nice touch of luxury.
The location is perfect - the town centre is within walking distance and we also walked to RHS Harlow Carr (under 2 miles, easy walk).
