Very friendly staff. Free off street parking. Comfortable well equipped apartment room.
There is a very nice cafe across the road and there are loads of restaurants to eat within 10 mins walk. Best thing is that we are close to Bushy Park and Hampton Court Palace Garden.
Hotel was a great location , very easy to get to the centre of London , train station walking distance and the beautiful Hampton Court palace just a round the corner , you can see the Maze in the palace gardens right outside the hotel window , staff were really friendly and helpful , breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice , would definitely recommend
The location was good for us as we were visiting Hampton Court Palace, about 3.5 miles. There was ample room in the car park which had a security barrier. The room was well decorated and the temperature control worked. The service in the hotel was friendly and efficient and the meals were well cooked and presented. Breakfast was very good.
Nice hotel with lovely refurbished rooms.
Bar and restaurant good, and location is great for Kingston Upon Thames and Hampton Court.
You can walk to Hampton Court Palace (around 30 minutes the short way) and there is a lovely riverside walk too (this is around an hours walk).
Staff were friendly and helpful.
The property is in a fantastic location, a short walk to Hampton court palace. Parking on site which is a bonus. The apartment was clean very comfortable and beautifully furnished. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner met us at the location and explained everything. Nothing was any trouble. Thank you for a lovely stay
We went to the Hampton Court Palace food festival and the location couldn't have been more perfect. Lovely apartment, really clean and welcoming. Great location just on the edge of the grounds with parking. Owner, Mark, very welcoming on arrival. Absolutely recommend a stay here.
Location was great. We had visited kew gardens and it was only a 30 minute drive. Equally hampton Court Palace is close by. The staff are so friendly and will do whatever they can to make your stay perfect. Whole hotel was clean. Food was lovely too.
The hotel is also a short 5 minute walk to Hampton Court Palace so a great location if you are visiting. Bus stops are just outside and the tube station is a 5-10 min walk away (Depending on how fast you walk).
Staff were very welcoming on arrival and our hearty English breakfasts were served outside since the weather was so great.
We would choose to stay here again if visiting the local area.
The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Hampton Court Palace and walking along the Thames Path. There’s a ferry service nearby for boat tours up and down the Thames and the train station is 5 mins walk away. Being such an old building it’s very quirky with creaky floorboards which is very charming. The terrace for food in the summer is beautiful.
Exceptional hospitality from the welcome glass of wine during check in all the way through to check out. This is a very well-run hotel with great staff, a buzzing and hip bar and a very good restaurant. And literally a stone's throw from the incredible Hampton Court Palace. Charles II who commissioned this hostelry in 1665 and as the "Merry Monarch" really knew how to enjoy himself, would have been chuffed.
