My husband and I were really looking forward to our stay at a pub with rooms in London. We were looking for charm and though the pub was cozy on a winter day there were other areas that were off-putting. A shout out to their morning staffer, Theresa, who worked so hard to make us comfortable and have an enjoyable stay that it softened our view on this local. Breakfast was good.

This hotel is quite exceptional, primarily because of the professional service of the staff, but it is also conveniently located.
The dining staff are quite amazing and would say the best and attentive service we've ever had a hotel. We had the basic room which was quite sufficient and artfully decorated and comfortable bedding and mattress and the fast filling bathtub ever.
