If I am forced to find any criticism it was that the arms on the chairs in the Park restaurant were quite badly worn. It was disappointing but I am sad enough that I mentioned it to the team and they advised that replacement chairs were on the way.

The location near the British Museum and the Russell Square Tube was great. Staff were exceptional and all knew my name from the front desk to the concierges. Breakfast was tasty and plenty of it.
