The hotel is excellently located and a perfect jumping-off point for exploring the city. It is also right opposite the Underground, with the Piccadilly Line taking you straight there from Heathrow, which makes for stress-free arrival and departure.
We had a small room but it was just right for our short stay, considering we didn't dwell inside but spent the whole day in the city.
Breakfast was lovely and very well cooked. The adjacent restaurant serves delicious food, the venison shank being a standout.
Finally, what made our stay so memorable was the friendliness of the staff, who are incredibly service-oriented, kind and forthcoming. We really appreciated that a lot.

The kitchen attached to the room allow us to cook the food we like which could be purchased from the nearby supermarkets, Sainsbury and Tesco located at the nearby Hammersmith train station.
If you drive, parking is free at night from 5pm to 9am at Southerton Road.
The staff is incredibly welcoming and responsive to all requests. Ghulam, Jalal, and Azim at the reception stand out for their kindness and helpfulness. The room is spacious, quiet, and comfortable, with well-equipped cabinets and full amenities. Located near key central spots, it provides a peaceful atmosphere while being easily accessible by the underground, with the Piccadilly, District, Circle, and Hammersmith & City lines. The hotel is spotless throughout, offering fantastic value for the price!
On duty reception staff enabled early check in which was highly appreciated. Cozy double room was tiny, even for one person, but satisfactory for one night stay. Easy walk from Hammersmith underground station. Safe and lively neighborhood.
