Excellent and comfortable room, modern and well thought out room features. Staff were very helpful and efficient. This was a quick overnight stay with an early checkout so we did not get to have breakfast, the location was also great too for getting around. Would certainly stay again

The room was small, but comfortable and clean and the bathroom as well. The staff was friendly and it was easy to enter with the door code. Some coffee, kettle and a hair dryer were provided. The room was on the street side, but with the window closed, nearly no noise was hearable.
The location is ok, about 15 min from the center by metro. Quite a few restaurants, cafes etc are nearby or near underground station Hammersmith, not far away.
I liked so much how available the staff was, the room wasn’t so big but despite this was full of facilities and comfortable. The bed was so so so comfy, I think that I never slept better before this. The position was perfect, hammersmith is very connected with every part of london. This hotel was fantastic and it has permitted us to better our journey in London.
