The rooms at the Blackbird seem really plush and new - they don't seem to have taken a lot of hammer by the general public like lots of London hotels, so the general vibe is nice smelling, clean and pleasant. Bed was comfy, and the breakfast and the dining area was nice and airy. Staff were very helpful when there was a snag with my room - I don't know her name but a tall brunette on duty was really kind and did everything she could to make my stay comfortable.
