Simply lovely. I only picked it due to proximity to the swimming ponds so arrived with no expectations. I had a warm welcome from Joe and was made to feel very much at home from the outset. The food and service in the bar were superb. Nice touches such as the homemade cookies, fresh milk in the mini bar and premium toiletries left me feeling incredibly spoilt. I was also amazed how quiet it was - it really didn’t feel like London! Looking forward to retuning and staying a bit longer next time.

Great quiet neighborhood. Very clean. Gave me a jug of milk for morning tea. Super friendly staff. My husband and I traveled with our three kids, and we loved having adjoining rooms. We booked a last-minute reservation as another hotel canceled us. We got a great price on booking.com and were very pleased.

Great location to access bus and tube to central London. Rooms nice and clean and nice little bar in the lobby breakfast had plenty of choice could do with a coffee machine though overall very pleasant stay .
