Excellent location and short walking distance from Liverpool Lime Street Station. Spacious room, very clean, well decorated and looks very new. The staff are helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

We stayed in this lovely accommodation for 1 night for the pink concert at Anfield. From arrival to departure, we could not fault this place. We had room 3 'the pink room', it was beautiful, clean and cozy, in fact the whole building was. Karl was amazing, so friendly and caring. Always had time for a chat and gave good advice about getting to the stadium and back.
I would highly recommend this accommodation and we will definitely be returning in the future.

Location was a 5 min walk to Anfield Stadium, which was our sole reason for choosing this hotel. Had I known that Anfield arranges shuttle buses to city center after events, I would have chosen hotel differently. Check stadium website.

Location is great. Staff lovely and Palm Court bar area is lush.
The only thing I would say was the music in the bar area sent you to sleep. Very relaxing but because of the art deco I think The Rat pack would be ideal music choice for the atmosphere.
Love the spa, swimming pool even though we had to wait half an hour before we could use the pool and one sauna room wasn't working. Not ideal for £60😔
The location was perfect right at the Royal Albert Dock. Accessible to a slew of activities and easy to get to. I liked the fact there was a restaurant on premises which was an added convenience when you're tired.
Everything was great my kids loved then swimming pool and the pool table and the fact is was dog friendly they loved seen all the dogs ramble around the hotel
Nice spacious and clean room. Clean carpet, and the mattress was a bit thicker than the previous visit, and was more comfortable. I liked the fact there were two comfortable chairs to watch TV.
TOtally loved the apartment itself. It was to such a high standard. Had everything we needed. And it was huge!!!!!! 2 little people rattling round in it it was that big!!!! Cannot fault this place at all and value for money beyond belief. The location is amazing. Even the nightclub coupe doors down didnt affect our sleep, in fact it made us remember we were in liverpool!!! Really highly recommend this place. And Emma and Max, our helpful advisors were more than patient with my constant calls.... TOP PLACE THAT YOU HAVE TO GO!!!!!
