Very good new hotel. Perfect location for visiting Liverpool, very close to city center and also near Merseyside attractions. Very helpful courteous staff. We asked for a room change for a better view, and the staff obliged very quickly and efficiently. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.

Clean, close to where I needed to be - as Liverpool were playing all hotels were priced to the max - so not real value for money - but hey ho.
