Absolutely fantastic hotel. We stayed at the guest house across the street, which was also fantastic, but the main building is stunning. Staff are a treat -- wonderful and extremely helpful. The hotel is exceptionally well-located right at the end of Wind Street and there's signage along the way. Staff even lent us bicycles so that we could make the trip to Mumbles.

Location was close to everything. Staff was very friendly and did everything they could to make us feel special. The extra champaign service surprise was perfect.

One chef on at breakfast who did a great job , but lots stayed for graduation so he struggled to keep everything out . Had to wait quiet a while
