We have been here quite a few times. It’s a lovely inn, staff so friendly and helpful, rooms very comfortable, it’s dog friendly and the chef is excellent.

Our stay was cancelled just a few hours before we arrived - we were then relocated to a holiday inn 27 mins away in Canterbury of a much lower standard on the side of a dual carriageway with nothing to go with my 3 children. No explanation was given, the offered us free breakfast as an apology. When we arrived I could see that breakfast was included with every room at that hotel. It was £100 cheaper than the one I had originally paid £280 for. They then offer us a complimentary meal which was a stressful addition for the staff at the hotel as they were fully booked with a party.

Perfect location we visited Dover Castle the next day. Very pleased we chose to stay here would definitely stay again. Very clear information left in a folder about anything we could have wanted to know about the local area, parks, pubs, take away, local shopping ect made us feel at ease. Hosts were fantastic

Lovely room, very comfortable beds, nothing to fault.
The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel has a Bella Italia restaurant, offering a number of gluten-free and vegan/vegetarian options on the menu. The food was delicious.
It is very conveniently located for Dover Ferry Port.
