Our kids use to love Coral Island.
Our kids use to love Coral Island. Especially, if the weather is bad, then this is one of the places you can go too. There are many slot machines and a little ride that goes over the venue, above the people, to go on. Also, an indoor carousel ride and a restaurant/pub.
Follow the path to the back of the venue and you will come to a large café. This café does some very good basic meals at reasonable prices. We have eaten here many times before and I have never had a bad meal there. You can access this café from the side street entrance as well.
Coral Island was one of our favourite places to go to, when the kids were little. Now it is just the two of us, we will still pop in..... just for old times sake. 🙂

Went to the fish and chip part to order some food and the girl was rude, ignorant, snappy and arrogant! Will NEVER go back there again!

Its a good place to spend couple of hours.
Its a good place to spend couple of hours. It offers all the play zones available on piers. Its USP is kids eat free all day which makes it cost effective. It has got nice ambience and pirates themed flyer ride. Food was good, very less vegetarian options though.

No social distance in place it was packed to the rafters with adults and kids no organisation this is the 1st time ive been to Blackpool and never enjoyed coral island date of trip 30th july 2020 sadly the gifts in there this time where very poor

Communication by owner was excellent has i asked for an early check in time prior to arrival or to leave our suitcase, was given my keys as soon as i arrived.
The location was fantastic to where we wanted to be, close the the tower, Christmas attractions, restaurants & arcades. Just around the corner from coral island arcades. The staff were very welcoming & friendly. Room was very clean, the beds were comfy, tea & coffee making, tv & bathroom with shower. Only noise we had was from our children who were excited & giddy so they spent half the night laughing at bedtime. Haha. They loved it
just come back from our second stay at galaxy, the owners are so friendly & welcoming, its right in the centre of blackpool close to town, coral island & tower, fridge in every room was a bonus too ! a welcome gift bag & christmas bag of cookies on arrival....so sweet ! we love it here. would highly recommend
Calypso is in a great location right near coral island, nice bar downstairs with a pool table and music on. Room was spacious we stayed in a 3 person room, staff are lovely
