The room was very comfortable and clean , the staff were very friendly nothing was too much trouble. We really enjoyed our breakfasts, there was a lot to choose from. Location is ideal. It is near the promenade and especially great if you're going to the Congress theatre. We will definitely go back to the hotel and would recommend it as well.
The hotel was very close to the Congress Theatre. The hotel was spacious and welcoming, with a feeling of stepping back in time, which made it feel unique.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. It was a short walk from the Congress theatre where we were going in the evening.
The property was in the best location to the Congress Theatre. The room was spacious and suited our needs. The staff were really nice and helpful. The cost was spot on.
A fabulous Hotel just around the corner from the Congress Theatre. super friendly, professional staff. Modern, clean, comfy rooms. Great selection for breakfast and will absolutely stay again when visiting Eastbourne.
Location is excellent - minutes from the seafront, short walk into town and train station. Bus stop, art gallery and Congress Theatre round the corner. Staff are courteous and helpful. As well as tea, coffee etc in the room, a complimentary choice of fruit was also available. It was very quiet. Blackout curtains were a godsend. Having a washer/dryer is very useful especially if you want to wash and dry your swimming togs and towels.
Location was excellent. Three minutes from the beach and, more importantly for us, five minutes' walk from the Congress Theatre where we were seeing a band. Beds were clean, bath linen was clean.
Tea and coffee making. Flat screen tv with Freeview.
Excellent for the money.
