Location is excellent - minutes from the seafront, short walk into town and train station. Bus stop, art gallery and Congress Theatre round the corner. Staff are courteous and helpful. As well as tea, coffee etc in the room, a complimentary choice of fruit was also available. It was very quiet. Blackout curtains were a godsend. Having a washer/dryer is very useful especially if you want to wash and dry your swimming togs and towels.

Location was excellent. Three minutes from the beach and, more importantly for us, five minutes' walk from the Congress Theatre where we were seeing a band. Beds were clean, bath linen was clean. Tea and coffee making. Flat screen tv with Freeview. Excellent for the money.
