The hotel is excellently located and a perfect jumping-off point for exploring the city. It is also right opposite the Underground, with the Piccadilly Line taking you straight there from Heathrow, which makes for stress-free arrival and departure.
We had a small room but it was just right for our short stay, considering we didn't dwell inside but spent the whole day in the city.
Breakfast was lovely and very well cooked. The adjacent restaurant serves delicious food, the venison shank being a standout.
Finally, what made our stay so memorable was the friendliness of the staff, who are incredibly service-oriented, kind and forthcoming. We really appreciated that a lot.

5 nite stay. Breakfast was outstanding. There is a European buffet option with fruits, cheeses, pastries etc AND made-to-order selections. You can combine buffet and menu items. Excellent coffee, fresh squeezed OJ and excellent service. Great value. Hotel is quiet inside. We did hear cars through windows but it’s not a busy location so noise is minimal. Easy walk to tube stations. (Sloane Square & Knightsbridge). Great neighborhood. Well appointed modern bathroom and luxurious linens. Good reading lights by bed. Staff are great!
