We were welcomed and made to feel very special, just for one night, staff could not do more for us, made our stay so very special. Honestly a very special treat.
Excellent location to stay while visiting Chichester Festival Theatre. Good pre-theatre evening meal - staff friendly and helpful with pre-ordering food so no long wait for food. Did have to eat in bar area as had dog with us and hit a "locals bar get together" but everyone friendly. Room comfortable and away from road so no traffic noise.
