Generally very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was good, very generous and good quality. The room was clean and fairly cosy, supplied with tea, coffee and biscuits. The location is very good with Chepstow castle just a stone's throw from the back of the Inn. Lots of other restaurants and pubs nearby.

We stayed for one night for a concert in Chepstow Castle and it was a lovely stay! Elizabeth and Rodney are kind, generous hosts and we had great conversations. They even gave us a lift to the train station when we couldn't find any taxis. The room was warm and cozy, the shower had great water pressure and the wi-fi was fast. Overall a great stay, thank you.

Fabulous location just a 10 minute walk from the centre of Chepstow. Great for local attractions, Chepstow Castle, Tintern Abbey and for access to Forest of Dean. A charming house furnished with antique-style furniture and lots of house plants. Brand new modern kitchen and bathroom. Very well appointed with kitchen accessories. Beds were very comfortable. We stayed 3 nights at the Loft. It is a superb apartment, clean and spacious, and perfectly located to explore the Forest of Dean and the Wye Valley (including attractions like Chepstow Castle and Tintern Abbey) as they are only a short drive away. Although we did not meet our hosts personally, communication with them by e-mail was easy and they were really helpful. The biscuits, tea, and coffee were a nice welcome touch.

Self catering - ample milk, tea and coffee etc. provided. I used the fridge to store my own food which I cooked for one meal. Dishwasher and washing machine also provided. Tea and coffee facility in bedrooms. Great communication from host, I felt very well looked after. Easy walking distance to all of the attractions of Chepstow (except racecourse!) But the River Wye, Chepstow castle, railway station and central Chepstow are all within a few minutes walk. Have booked a return visit.
