La situació de l'hotel és excel·lent, encara que la nit del dissabte al diumenge és molt difícil dormir moltes hores perquè per la nit hi ha molta festa i pel matí passen totes les rutes turístiques amb els guies parlant en veu alta.
L'atenció del personal de l'hotel és molt bona i en tot moment, han intentat arreglar els problemes que hem tingut.
L'esmorzar és senzill, però abundant : fruita, torrades, pernil i embotits, formatge, llet, iogurts, mantega, melmelades i gran assortiment de cereals i fruits secs.
