The hotel is comfortable, the rooms are cosy and spotless. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The three mile pub beside the hotel is lovely and has good food options. The metro is only 10 minutes walk and only 15 pounds or so to get a taxi back from the city centre if out late. The bed is very comfortable, good facilities with an iron in the room as well

The rooms being in a separate building away from the pub was a good thing. It would be quieter than if it was in the main building. However the walls are very thin and noise from the adjacent rooms is noticeable. Bed was clean and comfortable. Big plus point for them were the staff. The ladies I spoke with tried their best and were very helpful.

The hotel is 300 metres from the terminal building at Newcastle Airport and a 15-minute Metro ride from Newcastle city centre. It has free Wi-Fi, a restaurant and a cocktail bar.
