Cheap hotel (2*) but with a good location (close to the city center and St.Davis shopping mall). Access to Cardiff bay can be done by bus or boat (from Bute Park). The train station is a 10-minute walk away and there are 2 small markets almost in front of the hotel (just cross the avenue)

The apartment was immaculate and well decorated and stocked with everything needed. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting bute park. The host was helpful and the access arrangements were easy.
Staff incredibly helpful about us needing early access. No problem parking in the street. Very handy having a fridge. Easy access to Bute Park. We were able to walk to the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama (and even closer to Cardiff City football ground!).
We have just come back from central studios and would highly recommend this place. Our accomodation was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect.andd close to all amenities, shops, restaurants, Bute park and public transport. Everything was just perfect.Its obvious that much thought has gone into making these apartments very special.

The shops are excellent but you have also got the museums, the bay which you can easily reach on the river bus. You can see a show at the millenium centre visit the stadium for sporting events or just do a tour. Also there is the excellent Bute park where you can walk, hire bikes, have a picnic or just sit and admire the flowers.Plenty of choice for dining out as well.
