Everything. From the first moment I felt very welcoming. The staff was very nice, helpful and polite. The room was wonderful beautiful and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfy just what I needed before the race the next day.The kitchenette was a big bonus as I could reheat my food and make breakfast and coffee in the early morning. The weather was crap and the lady from reception offered me a free umbrella and even found big black bags for me. That's a nice touch. Oh I should take this umbrella it will be a nice memory 😀 Thank you for having me. I had a great stay and a great Definitely will be back.

Brixton
Brixton hits all the senses as soon as you emerge from the Tube station. Buskers line the street next to Brixton Village, where the aroma of cuisine from all corners of the globe mingles with the chatter of diners and drinkers. Close by, the Ritzy Cinema screens independent films galore, and it wouldn’t be London without a healthy dose of trusted pubs, scattered around the borough.

Lovely room, good shower, friendly people. The location worked well for me for an event I was attending, but Brixton / Herne Hill etc are generally great places to explore. Really appreciated the rate I got as a solo traveller. Would absolutely go back.
The location is near the Brixton underground station, under the hostel there is a lively venue with a wide set of music performances. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds are relatively comfortable and the general stay is a great value for the money spent. They offer free towels, earplugs and basic breakfast. The hostel has a separate side entrance, which makes getting in and out a breeze. There is also a Sainsbury's across the road and a fridge / boxes in the kitchen where you can store your groceries.

What guests said about Brixton:
Check out all areas, don't use big chain names.
Check out all areas, don't use big chain names. Brixton has a great selection of cuisine from all over the world, and much better priced than central London. Don't judge restaurants by their appearance, look at the clientele, if it's busy then it's good.
