Overall, the hotel was a good budget option for a short stay in the city. Facilities in the room were good and the breakfast was very tasty. Staff were friendly.

The property was quirky with lots of character. The staff were all absolutely amazing - I literally can’t fault them. Beyond friendly and willing to accommodate your every needs. I would have no hesitation in going back!

Situated in Belfast, 1.5 km from The Belfast Empire Music Hall, Gregory by the Warren Collection features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace.
Good location near bus stop, shops and short walk to town. However on return from Boucher playing fields from a concert we could not get back through the gates. Would have been nice to be provided with information on this in the booking description.
Excellent location in a nice neighbourhood by the Ulster museum and Botanical park. 25 min walk to city center.
We visited Belfast for the Belfast Vital festival and the hotel is in a walkable distance (30-40min) from the Boucher playing fields where the festival takes place.
Room was clean and well furnished.
Clean and tidy. Kitchen had plenty of utensils and tea/coffee and there was a small milk in the fridge which was appreciated (may have been left by last guests as was open). Easy check-in and check-out. Ideal for large groups. Perfect location for getting into the city and to the Boucher Playing Fields and BHD airport. Nice quiet area with good choice of shops and café’s very close by.
Never had breakfast as early flight bk …a little bit far from Boucher playing fields were we went…but it was comfy and cheap for the night we stayed there.
