Location, mostly friendly staff, plenty of power and USB sockets in room, and coat hooks. Good WiFi, excellent restaurant for dinner.
Overlooking the scenic, trendy Brayford Waterfront area and the River Witham, this Holiday Inn is located within 5 minutes’ walk of Lincoln Rail Station.

The property was in a great location; our room had a view overlooking Brayford Pool. The facilities were clean and spacious and all of the staff we spoke to on the front desk were friendly. When we returned back to the hotel after dinner, we felt safe with the manned reception.
We stayed in a room with two double beds, which we both found comfortable.
We were fortunate to be able to stay in the hotel’s car park, but spotted the NCP a short walk away.
We will be looking to return next year!

Excellent location. Very clean and very good price.
Beautiful 1930's Art Deco building directly opposite Lincoln Castle and only a few minutes' walk from the Cathedral and historic Bailgate, with its selection of independent shops and restaurants.
So nice to have a comfort height toilet in bathroom.
