The location was central and perfect. We were able to check in at about 1130am when we arrived as our room was ready, huge bonus. Sean the concierge showed us up to our room and carried our luggage, he even explained where things were in our room etc. so helpful. The room was massive, bed was comfy and the his and hers hand towels were a nice touch. Separate bath and shower was a bonus. The vegan afternoon tea we had was excellent. This is the nicest hotel we've ever stayed in.
