This was a great hotel, the building at start might not looked outstanding, but it really represents what the docks are and you quickly begin to love the design, the red brick style, you will realize how awesome the construction really is. Rooms size is amazing, common areas are extraordinary and the titanic theme is present and beautiful.

Great trip it’s hard to get your head around that it’s all real and not movie sets. The guides made sure you maintained reality with their lovely in depth accounts of their lives.

I'm not a tourist. The Original Cavern Club is really down the street from that which is advertised as the the Cavern Club, at the Beatles Museum. Don't put money in the cups of men begging in the streets. It's an occupation for them, and you are the fool. Liverpool caters to tourists, and you needn't absolve your quilt for being wealthy.

Try and find a time when it isn't busy to make the most of the experience. You follow a route around following the timeline of the Beatles and it is best to take your time and read all that you can as you go round. I found the later Beatles part very interesting but there was so much I never knew before.

You can't visit Liverpool and not go to the Caven club. The Beatles Story is the best and treat yourself and go see the Beatles Tribute band, they are brilliant. The bar upstairs is also good and definitely worth a visit always something going on.

Location is very close to the dock from where the hop on and off city tour buses operate. Also, you can go to The Beatles Story museum, which is only 5 minutes away. KFC and McDonalds are just on the opposite side of the road. Liverpool Lime Street station is also just 5-10 minutes drive. You can have breakfast by the river.
This is not one of the Beatle-themed hotels in Liverpool, but it is a fine substitute for one, as there are still Beatle-quotes galore, plus you are a five minute walk away from the museum named The Beatles Story. If your main goal is to visit the coast-side activities to this city, you are very well placed. The rooms are fine and well-kept, but like most Ibis very standard-issue, which is fine by me, especially considering the prize.
