Great staff at the reception - a gentleman (don't know the name, unfortunately) and a young lady Ghanwa. Both very cheerful and helpful. Outstanding location near Hyde Park and very close to Bayswater and Queensway tube stations. Beautiful building and neighbourhood. Recent renovation - rooms are very clean and fresh. Avoid a lower ground (basement) room, aim at the rooms on higher floors with garden view to enjoy London aesthetics. Great value for money.

Friendly staff. Spacious room with tea, fridge and TV. All you need after a long day exploring London. We got fresh towels and beds were made every day during our stay.
The hotel was very central, we have the Paddington and Bayswater line very close. The place around is incredible and if you like to walk you get to all the tourist places, with a little enthusiasm. It has a kitchen, refrigerator and actually everything. The only thing it doesn't have is cooking pans, but it has a grill, in our case it wasn't necessary but I imagine you ask for them at reception
The girl at the reception was nice, the environment seemed friendly (I didn't share much with the people in the hostel since I just stayed there 1 day). The room seemed clean and well equipped (2 sockets for each bed). Good position close to bayswater and queensway. Also the WhatsApp group where you can interact with other travellers and the hostel staff, nice idea
Hotel situated in a veey nice area! Very close to shops, restaurants, groceries. 5mins walk from Bayswater Station and Queensway Station for the tube. Or same distance to bus stops. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room always cleaned & clean bed linen & towels. Comfy beds! Every day our room was topped up with coffee, teas etc.. Not noisy inside .. very quiet!
Fantastic hotel without compromise. Clean, nicely renovated, nice decor. All of the employees were kind and helpful. The breakfast was great: a selectable item from the menu (eggs benedict, English breakfast, etc.), plus buffet of cold cuts and pastry - if you still need it. The breakfast area looks amazing. 4-minute walk from Bayswater subway station. Several stores (Tesco), restaurants and pubs nearby. Highly recommended!
Location was great. Less than 10 min walk from Queensway and Bayswater stations. Plenty of grocers and restaurants. The unit was clean and spacious. Check-in was convenient. They'll send a code for access a day prior to your arrival. Perhaps a simplified message is better for someone who is on the go. We had two units so it was taxing to the eye to skim through the email on your mobile.
The room was very clean, the bed and sofabed were very comfortable. The room was slightly chilly(January), but the staff organised an oil filled heater that solved the problem.
The location is great, only 2 minutes to Bayswater station and 5 minutes from Queensway.
The breakfast was ok for our 3 day stay, but i feel if we were to stay longer we would be looking elsewhere.
Overall we had a very pleasant stay and the staff were friendly and helpful.
We will be returning and would recommend for anyone travelling with children.
Lovely hotel with a nice sized room for London. Small but with enough space. Literally a minute walk to Bayswater station the location was ideal. Would highly recommend and would look to stay here again if I visit London
