From the moment I stepped into the Royal Crescent Hotel — I was transported to a unique place of comfort and opulence— yet— modern and creative . Wonderful staff again— from Gerry and Martin at front desk— Clara and Katy and all the wait staff — Mateo and Arthur and Johnny and Marek and housekeeping— all perfect. I had the best sirloin steak ever!

The staff were absolutely fantastic and couldn't do enough. Especially Dianne(I think) and Gems. The young lady that works in F&B was also exceptional!
The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful in Beau Nash. (We are about to redo ours and will be modelling it on this one)
The food and selection at breakfast was exceptional and even the hot buffet was fresh and not too much was cooked so constantly replenished.
We had room service on the first night and the food was great (burger and fish & chips) we ate in the restaurant on our last night and we're both very impressed with the food. It was a lot better than we expected. We had the Beetroot cured salmon which was a very well balanced dish and Ragu to start also a well balanced dish and surprisingly large portions. For mains we had the beef cheek which was exceptional and the pork also exceptional all fantastic dishes and the service was also fantastic at just the right level of attentiveness.

The hotel was very tip end and very clean
Great location
My mum and I stayed at the Cedars recently. Beautiful rooms, large and clean. Great bathroom facilities. Lovely large breakfast bought to the rooms each morning at 8am. Rooms even had small Christmas trees in them which we thought was a lovely touch. Great WiFi and a selection of DVDs for the nights when you have little to do. The bus stop was right outside and easy to get to the Bath Christmas market and back. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend.
