The staff were absolutely fantastic and couldn't do enough. Especially Dianne(I think) and Gems. The young lady that works in F&B was also exceptional!
The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful in Beau Nash. (We are about to redo ours and will be modelling it on this one)
The food and selection at breakfast was exceptional and even the hot buffet was fresh and not too much was cooked so constantly replenished.
We had room service on the first night and the food was great (burger and fish & chips) we ate in the restaurant on our last night and we're both very impressed with the food. It was a lot better than we expected. We had the Beetroot cured salmon which was a very well balanced dish and Ragu to start also a well balanced dish and surprisingly large portions. For mains we had the beef cheek which was exceptional and the pork also exceptional all fantastic dishes and the service was also fantastic at just the right level of attentiveness.

It really was a beautiful Georgian apartment - comfortable, tastefully decorated and a brilliant location. A short walk from the train station and 2 minutes away from Bath Abbey. We hope to return next year.
The apartment was very comfortable, clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. The location was fantastic, just a few minutes walk from Bath Abbey, shops, Roman Baths, Pump Room, Christmas market. We would definitely book again!
Lovely hotel, short walk from the train station and a 5 minute walk to the Roman Baths, Bath Abbey and the Christmas Market which we were there to visit. All the staff we encountered were so welcoming and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and included a toilet, shower, towels, soap, hair and body wash, large tv, hairdryer, kettle with sachets of tea, herbal tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, sugar. Would definitely recommend and will book again when we return to visit Bath.

Guide books are very comprehensive but it's often best to discover a place and then read the guide book. Excellent staff/ volunteers in the Holburne Museum and Bath Abbey ensured a very enjoyable and informative visit.
