I contacted the hotel a few days before, mentioning it was my partners birthday at the end of the month. The staff went above and beyond and decorated the room in banners and balloons. Even went as far as to set up a little plate of brownies with happy birthday on them.
We did get there about 2 hours before check in. When I got to the desk to ask about where is best to park, they were able to check us in early aswell with no extra cost so we could leave our bags and go sight seeing.
The location of the hotel is in the middle of some amazing places. For the price that I paid for the room it really is amazing. The whole hotel and surrounding areas were so clean. No rubbish or dirty anywhere. The staff were amazing, specifically Jordan who was the one that made the room so special. We even got a complimentary breakfast for 2 on the morning and a free drink and snack.
I also loved how if you were in the hotel bar, you could charge your drinks to your room if you don't have cash/card on you.
