The staff were lovely very helpful and friendly. The location was very good, right next to a bus stop to get to Grenoble. Ski lift, ski hire and tourist information right next to the hotel. Decor was quirky, ski boot room was very well set up. Everything was walking distance.

Beds were comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows, rooms were clean and well maintained, hot showers with great water pressure, view from the balcony was amazing. Communal areas were well presented, my room itself wasn’t the most flashy. But very clean, comfortable, quiet and cozy. Which is what i personally value most. Staff on the front desk and restaurant were all friendly, welcoming, professional and attentive. Food was great and reasonably priced. Great access to the slopes, with the skiiable access down to La Grande Sûre chairlift just a few meters across the road, and a quick 200m waddle back from the Village Run access via the Rés Saint-Laurent carpark (may be a slightly quicker return access, but i didn’t check during my short stay). Great town location, only a short walk to a number of ski shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend it, reasonably priced and great value for money.

Hôtel is very nice, just a shame about the service. We had a problem with our room, room 409, very noisy, sounded like there was something in the room with us and kept me awake all night, (rustling noise). Staff explained they felt it was air conditioning unit. So offered to refund my breakfast for the inconvenience and to investigate further. Unfortunately this didn’t happen, I am still chasing now for the refund but emails are not replied to. So unprofessional, and disappointing- Hôtel could be so much better if the service was improved.

Location is Excellent, at 15 meters from the intra city "ski lifts" allowing to have easy access to Ski slopes. View from hotel is great, Junior suite does not have much view, but is very spacious. I recommend.

Brilliant hotel. Rooms large with balconies overlooking the ski lifts and mountains. The restaurant is 5 star every night. Some of the most amazing meals we have had. Great restaurants and shops around the hotel and easy walk with skis to a small outdoor 4 person stand up gondola to the main ski area.
