The hotel is located in a small and extremely nice location far from the stress and very touristic Annecy. There is a lokal in-expensive bus that can take you to Annecy so no need to to stay in ”town”. Hotel has everything and the lake is beautiful. There are local great reausturants. Staff is very helpful and speak excellent english. Parking is not easy, but hotel parking inside gates is appreciated. Great beds.

Location was 10/10 with some of the best views of lake Annecy. Clean room with a great view and a price that I found extremely reasonable.
