The room was very clean and spacious, it was also very well equipped; TV, kettle, clothes rail etc. The shower was particularly nice. Very nice hotel overall. All bar one staff member were very friendly. Breakfast was tasty. Effia multi-storey car park ideally situated next to the hotel.

Location for Le Mans Centre visiting for business is excellent. Car parking normally available, but if busy there are spaces for free outside, or paid spaces within 3 mins walking. Have stayed many times and the customer service and breakfast has always been excellent
