Very welcoming staff, the pastries and coffees were a nice touch, the hotel is nicely decorated and it’s a good location despite not being the most central place.

We stayed in this apartment for our trip to Paris and overall, it was a cozy and quiet spot with a great location. It's very close to Gare Du Nord, making it convenient for getting around the city. The Montmartre area is just a short walk away, which is a big plus for exploring the local sights.
Staff were amazing. Even transported my heavy baggage to my room while I was away since I had arrived early and my room wasn't yet made up. The hotel is 11 minutes away from Gare du Nord and also close to Gare de l'Est. Lots of things to do close by. Rooms are basic but quiet, clean and private without noisy neighbours. Breakfast included.
The location of the hotel was great for our needs. It's a lovely neighbourhood but also easy to access both gare de Lyon and gare du nord, with a metro right next door. The rooms were simple but clean and comfortable. Great shower. I would stay here again.
Lovely apartment in a great location - only 20 minutes walk from Gare du Nord and Sacre Coer and close to Metro stations. Great cafe over the road too! The apartment is very clean and nicely decorated, the bed and sofa bed are very comfortable. The host was easy to contact and friendly when we had an issue.
The apartment is up a steep staircase in an old building, just to be aware if you have mobility issues.
I'm looking forward to our next stay for a holiday instead of work!

The location is great for the Gare du Nord station. The hotel could do with an update,but the room had hot water and was clean. It served well for our one night stay.
The room was very clean, bathroom was lovely. Bed very comfy and wish I could stay longer. The staff were also friendly. We had a relaxing few days in Paris. Its great the doors are locked in the evening. The hotel is 5 minutes away from the Metro and a bus ride away from Gare du Nord. Lots of restaurants nearby and supermarkets.
Great location at the Paris Metro station Place d’Italie, with direct connections to Gare du Nord, the Louvre, and everything important for work or tourism in the city center. The hotel is located right next to a large, new police station and the district town hall, which made me feel safe, even in the evenings. Friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent daily cleaning, and a well-equipped modern bathroom with a bathtub. Perfect for combining work and sightseeing.
There are many local restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
The hotel is right across the street from Gare du Nord and within 10 minutes walk from Gare d'l East, therefore very convenient for getting in, out and around Paris. The staff is very friendly and gave us a free up-graded room when we found the original room we booked is a little small and not as well equipped.
