This hotel is right at the heart of Cauterets, and surrounded by bars, restaurants, supermarkets etc. There is no parking actually at the hotel, but we found it easy to park in the large municipal car park a 4/5 minute walk away. Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was larger than I expected, with a pleasant ensuite bath and shower. It was quiet. The bed was large and comfortable.. Our rate did not include breakfast, and we found a couple of places super close by where we could enjoy coffee and pastries cheaply.

This is a family run place - and it shows. The staff cares about you and are willing to help whenever possible. The setting is fantastic. Breakfast is served 'a la cart' and not in a buffet, which we found refreshing.
