We were upgraded to an excellent room quite large with a balcony overlooking the lake. We had dinner both nights good selection to chose. Breakfast was adequate but we had to request on two occasions for more pastries

Fabulous view from our room - but quite a lot of stairs with heavy luggage
Excellent restaurant - although rather slow service and it seemed like a shortage of staff.
Reception very helpful with allowing us to leave some luggage downstairs.
